By participating in the Blackout Bar Crawl, attendees acknowledge that they are doing so voluntarily and at their own risk. “Blackout” refers to the event’s all-black dress theme and does not encourage or mean overconsumption of alcohol. The organizers, including Friday Beers Lax (FB Lax LLC.) and its affiliates, assume no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or other liability that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event. Participants are expected to drink responsibly, follow all local laws, and respect the establishments and fellow attendees. By purchasing a T-Shirt and/or attending, you agree to release the event organizers from any and all claims of liability.
